Susan leads a team dedicated to building and managing our relationships with universities and supporting the delivery of each university partner’s high-quality online degree programs, with a focus on student success.
Susan has more than 20 years of experience in the education sector and has held a range of roles in K-12 and higher education organizations.
As a first-generation college graduate who believes in both the experience and life-changing opportunities that higher education provides, she is laser-focused on helping universities expand their impact through affordable, high-quality, workforce-relevant online programs.
Susan holds a master’s degree from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree from Lipscomb University. Susan is married with one daughter, and she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
