What traits do you admire in a leader?

Transparency, vision, communication, and caring.

What are your core values?

Collaboration and empathy. For my peers and leaders, I’ve tried to work with them to understand the business-based objectives and then make sure my team understands those, feels valued and understands the value they are working towards.

What is your Risepoint moment?

I was working full time as a software engineer but felt like I could do more, so I decided to get my MBA at night. I drove 45 minutes each way to campus on Tuesday and Thursday nights, and sometimes on Saturday for group work, for 3 years. Upon graduation, I started applying for jobs and landed at Accenture. I then spent 10 years working across the U.S. and Europe. There’s no question that MBA was a Risepoint in my career.
