What traits do you admire in a leader?

Empathy, collaboration, clarity, coaching, transparency, willingness to listen, total ownership.

What are your core values?

My core values are transparency, honesty, and collaboration, with a focus on delivering on your commitments. I have found that if you are willing to collaborate with others, put in the work, and communicate openly, you will be set up for success.

What is your Risepoint moment?

My Risepoint occurred on March 19, 2012, when I made the move from private practice of law to higher education and joined The Learning House. Through that move, I was afforded the opportunity to move into business development, where I have been fortunate to collaborate with hundreds of colleagues to partner with over 100 universities to change the lives of tens of thousands of students by breaking down barriers and offering them the opportunity to receive quality, affordable, workforce-relevant education.
